Location - Hybrid 3-4 Days a week in Office. Dallas, Arlington
We are 30 year old midsized CPA firm seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have excellent problem-solving and communication skills and have a strong knowledge of accounting best practices. This position is responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Reconciliations, and General Ledger processes.
The Accounting Manager will also provide financial insight to support the strategic objectives of the organization. This role will review financial documents, resolve discrepancies, and improve internal controls. The successful candidate will also provide leadership and guidance to the accounting staff.
