What You Will Be Doing

"Assist the project manager & other departments with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
"Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors
"Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
"Create and maintain project documentation
"Conduct site visits and inspections
"Communicate with clients to keep them informed of project progress
"Identify and mitigate project risks

What You Need for this Position

3+yrs of professional Project Management experience within a Construction/General Contractor Type Environment.

True proficiency in Procore &/or Sage 300.

Ability to work on multiple projects at once
