Project Manager/Estimator - Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project planning, delivery, and management. You will be responsible for developing project estimates, preparing project bids, and managing the project to completion. You will ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project plans, forecasts, and budgets
Develop and manage accurate project estimates and bid packages
Monitor and manage project scope, timeline, and risks
Monitor and manage projects to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials and services
Prepare post-project analysis and recommendations
Participate in client meetings and customer site visits as necessary
Qualifications
5+ years of experience with commercial painting and coatings projects
Extensive knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and industry standards
Strong experience with project management and estimating software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently
Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
Ability to work well under pressure and excel in a fast-paced environment
