Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Mobile, AL
Compensation: up to $130,000/year DOE
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, construction, and completion of commercial projects. This position requires frequent travel to different project sites and requires excellent management, planning, and communication skills. The Project Manager will be responsible for developing and managing budgets, timelines, and for bidding out sub-contractors. This individual should have a solid understanding of construction, retail, and commercial projects.
