Position: Construction/General Liability Attorney
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Construction/General Liability Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both construction and general liability law, with a strong focus on insurance defense and Labor law Sections 200, 240, and 241. This role will primarily involve providing legal counsel and representation to our construction clients in cases involving general liability and insurance disputes. The Construction/General Liability Attorney will also play a key role in advising our clients on risk management and mitigation strategies.
