Position Overview
The Electrical Engineering Manager will lead and oversee a team of electrical engineers in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components for various projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in electrical engineering, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the electrical engineering team in project execution and delivery.
Oversee the design and development of electrical systems, including power distribution, security systems, generators, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
Collaborate with project managers and other engineering disciplines to ensure project objectives are met.
Review and approve electrical engineering designs and specifications to ensure compliance with codes and standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and clients regarding electrical engineering issues.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project goals effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
EIT Certification Required, Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Experience in management or leadership roles within electrical engineering.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit for electrical system design.
Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and electrical systems.
Familiarity with power distribution systems, security systems, generators, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
