What You Will Be Doing
The Engineering Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining the technical precision and competence of projects. Their role extends to creating estimates for quantities and costs, as well as handling complex reports, studies, and permits. Utilizing computer-assisted engineering and design software, they will develop engineering and design documents. Furthermore, they may engage in activities such as constructability reviews, contract negotiation, and coordination with clients and team members. Regular monitoring of project delivery ensures alignment with contracted scope and fees, while proactively addressing obstacles that may impact project goals. Attendance at client and public meetings is also part of their responsibilities.
