Experienced Auditor / Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an Experienced Auditor / Manager to oversee auditing processes, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and lead a team of auditors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting and possess excellent problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement in our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
Supervise and mentor junior auditors, providing guidance and support
Review workpapers and audit findings to ensure accuracy and thoroughness
Communicate audit results and recommendations to management and stakeholders
Develop and implement audit strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA certification is highly preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing or public accounting
Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory standards
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated leadership and management skills
