Experienced Auditor / Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an Experienced Auditor / Manager to oversee auditing processes, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and lead a team of auditors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting and possess excellent problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement in our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
  • Supervise and mentor junior auditors, providing guidance and support
  • Review workpapers and audit findings to ensure accuracy and thoroughness
  • Communicate audit results and recommendations to management and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement audit strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • CPA certification is highly preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing or public accounting
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory standards
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills
