Title: Government Programs Compliance Officer (HYBRID - 1 DAY ONSITE PER WEEK)
Location: Jacksonville, FL OR Harrisburg/Mechanicsburg, PA (HYBRID ROLE - PROXIMITY TO 1 OF THESE CITIES)
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 + 20% Bonus (Minimum) + 6.5% SERP
We are ideally targeting someone with Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, private insurance compliance or other government contracting experience
Founded in 2013 we are a 400+ employee government contractor whose subsidiaries focuses on medical billing and health insurance. We focus more on the government administrative services side as we provide administrative and claims processing services for state and federal healthcare programs like Medicare & Medicaid. For this Government Programs Compliance Officer we are looking for someone located in reasonable proximity to either our Jacksonville, FL or Harrisburg/Mechanicsburg, PA locations to oversee the Navigator Compliance & Ethics Program for both of our core subsidiaries. You will ensure the ethics & compliance programs are in place and running smoothly to establish a culture that prevents instances of conduct that violate federal & state laws.
