We are looking for an Experienced Multi-Family Groundup Construction Superintendent (with at least 5+ years in Multi-Family Groundup Construction), to manage the full life cycle of a luxury high-rise Apartment Building for a highly reputable, long-established Multi-Family Construction General Contractor in Las Vegas, NV.
We are looking for a Multi-Family Groundup Construction Superintendent out of GC's with a Strong Track record of Good Tenure (MUST have at least 2-3++ Years PER prior company, or More, on Average). This experienced professional will be in charge of leading crews to build a Multi-Family Apartment build from the Groundup. The Superintendent will be in charge of managing the construction and schedule of a large high-rise Multi-Family Apartment Building in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and leadership skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines while ensuring quality, safety, and deadlines are met.
Position Overview: The Multi-Family Groundup Construction Superintendent will be responsible for supervising the full life cycle of construction projects, including managing schedule and timelines, leading crews, developing and enforcing safety guidelines, and maintaining quality standards. The Superintendent will be expected to provide leadership and guidance to teams, and make sure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage commercial construction projects from start to finish.
Plan and develop construction project plans that are achievable, cost-effective, and meet safety guidelines.
Assemble and supervise project teams.
Maintain budget restraints and ensure that all projects are completed within allotted resources.
Create and enforce safety guidelines for construction projects.
Evaluate and review project progress and maintain quality standards.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Provide clear communication and leadership to project teams to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Multi-Family Groundup Construction
5+ years of experience as a Multi-Family Groundup Construction Superintendent
5+ years of experience in *Multi-Family Groundup Construction* at an **established/reputable GC (General Contractor) or Multi-Family Owner Developer**A MUST.
5+ years of experience in Multi-Family Groundup Construction Experience.
Proven leadership experience as Groundup Multifamily Superintendent.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
