Duties & Responsibilities:
Process Optimization: Analyze and redesign distribution center workflows to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Continuous Improvement: Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and achieve operational excellence.
Workflow Design: Develop efficient workflows, optimizing technology, equipment, and labor resources to meet goals.
Technology Integration: Implement and manage automation solutions, ensuring seamless integration with WMS and LMS systems.
Methods Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on operational methods and proposed changes.
Labor Standards: Oversee the Labor Standards Program, maintaining consistency and execution across the network.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, transportation, procurement, and IT to align improvements with organizational objectives.
Communication: Effectively collaborate with leadership and teams to influence decisions and drive key initiatives.
