We're seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Industrial Engineer to optimize efficiency and performance in our distribution center. In this key role, you'll enhance processes, implement best practices, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

5+ years of Industrial Engineering experience
2+ years of experience in a distribution environment.
5+ years of SQL for Data Analysis
5+ years of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
BS. in Industrial Engineering or Related

Nice To Have:

Six Sigma Certification is a plus
PMP Certification is a plus
MS. In Engineering is preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Process Optimization: Analyze and redesign distribution center workflows to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Continuous Improvement: Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and achieve operational excellence.

Workflow Design: Develop efficient workflows, optimizing technology, equipment, and labor resources to meet goals.

Technology Integration: Implement and manage automation solutions, ensuring seamless integration with WMS and LMS systems.

Methods Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on operational methods and proposed changes.

Labor Standards: Oversee the Labor Standards Program, maintaining consistency and execution across the network.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, transportation, procurement, and IT to align improvements with organizational objectives.

Communication: Effectively collaborate with leadership and teams to influence decisions and drive key initiatives.
