Who you are:
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the motion control, fluid power, or automation industries.
Strong understanding of fluid power and automation technologies and applications.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
What you will be doing:
Handle inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads to identify potential clients and opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential new customers.
Collaborate with the external sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
Prepare and deliver detailed sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
Provide technical information and product demonstrations to customers to highlight the benefits of our solutions.
Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and troubleshooting.
Track and manage sales activities using CRM software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Work with the engineering and technical teams to develop customized solutions that meet clients' specific needs.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and performance metrics.
