We are in need of an Inside Sales Engineer to join our growing team!
What You Will Be Doing:
The Inside Sales Engineer serves as a point of contact for clients, manufacturers, and sales engineers. To give general information, servicing, maintenance, and repair updates pertaining to the various stages of the project or product, constant contact is necessary.
· Examine customers' bid calendars.
· Communicate with the customer as needed to gather blueprints, specifications, and pertinent bid documents.
· Create requirements, performance information, and equipment choices using a variety of factory software tools.
· Produce pricing summaries and quote letters in accordance with specifications and/or project plans from customers.
- Maintain and track quotation requests and bid papers in ATC CR
-Make submission materials for different products.
· Collaborate with sales engineers to secure submittal approval.
· Give factories orders.
· In ATC CRM, enter stock orders.
· Transfer shipment details from the factory to the client.
· Communicate as needed with the CRM coordinators and credit team.
