Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice on insurance coverage matters, represent clients in litigation, and analyze insurance policies to ensure compliance and effective risk management.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on insurance coverage issues and disputes
Conduct legal research and prepare written opinions regarding coverage matters
Represent clients in litigation, including trials and appeals
Analyze insurance policies and contracts to identify coverage opportunities and risks
Develop and implement legal strategies to resolve disputes
Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and settlements
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting insurance coverage
Collaborate with insurance adjusters and companies to facilitate case resolution

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance coverage and litigation
Strong research and writing skills
Experience in trial preparation and courtroom procedures
In-depth knowledge of insurance policies and coverage issues
Proven ability to develop legal strategies and manage complex cases
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
