Intake Specialist - Lemon Law
Position Overview
The Intake Specialist plays a crucial role in the initial stages of client interaction for lemon law cases, ensuring that all necessary information is collected accurately and efficiently. This position serves as the first point of contact for potential clients, requiring strong communication and organizational skills to manage inquiries and gather data effectively.
This is a fully remote position where phone communication with potential clients is the main priority. Expect to spend most of your day on the phone at this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial client intake calls, gathering necessary information and scheduling consultations with attorneys
- Act as the primary point of contact for new client inquiries and intake processes.
- Collect and verify client information through various channels.
- Assist clients in navigating the intake process by providing clear instructions and support.
- Demonstrate active listening to understand client needs and concerns effectively.
- Problem-solve any issues that may arise during the intake process.
- Multitask efficiently, managing multiple client inquiries and follow-ups simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in data entry and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Active listening skills to understand client needs and concerns.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills to manage files and documentation effectively.
- Experience with case management software, preferably Filevine and Lead Docket.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role or similar position preferred.
