We have a current role open in Orange County, CA for an IT Manager/Systems Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's technology infrastructure, ensuring that all systems are running efficiently and effectively in all of our locations, from the company headquarters to our retail locations throughout the area.

This role involves managing IT projects, supporting retail IT systems, and ensuring the optimal performance of point of sale systems in a retail environment.

Priority consideration will be given to those who bring a diverse systems, network, server, Data management profile, along with a background working with these systems in a Retail Chain ( Grocery/other retailer) environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain IT systems and infrastructure, including POS and retail systems.
Oversee the implementation of IT projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and systems.
Provide technical support and guidance to retail stores and staff.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers to optimize systems functionality and performance.
Monitor systems performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience in IT management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of POS systems, retail systems, and networking systems, IDEALLY with direct experience with ACE TOSHIBA point of sales systems, or something similar.
Experience with Enterprise Retail Software and/or Cloud Data storage systems such as: Infor Cloudsuite retail, Flooid, Epicor retail Solutions, NCR Counterpoint, Retail Pro, or BR Data systems.
Familiarity with Hobart Scales and sales systems is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure,
A collaborative approach and a strong communication and leadership style and an ability to work with end-users with all levels of tech savvy.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Please note: This role WILL involve onsite work at our various locations, but we are regionally based and it will be approximately 10-20% LOCAL, daily travel to visit local retail sites.
