Location: DTLA-2 days onsite, 3 days remote

Experience: 6+ yrs of litigation exp with General Liability, Auto, Premises Liability, etc. Must have experience with high volume caseload, depo exp, trial exp (nice to have).

Salary: $170k-$200k/yr/

Position Overview
We are a fast-growing firm seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney in LA The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex litigation cases, particularly in the areas of general liability, premise liability, and auto accidents. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for providing legal representation to clients, preparing and presenting cases in court, and ensuring the effective resolution of disputes.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in litigation proceedings and negotiations
Prepare and draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Conduct depositions and witness interviews
Research legal issues and analyze case law
Develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients
Attend court hearings and trials as required
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff

Qualifications

Jurisdictional license to practice law
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
Strong knowledge of general liability and premise liability law
Experience in auto accident litigation and aviation law preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in legal research and case management tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
