Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in San Antonio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining the high standards of quality that we are known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all operational activities to ensure timely project completion.
• Oversee the scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the commercial coatings or construction industry.
• Extensive experience in commercial paint applications and techniques.

Salary:

• $100,000 - $150,000, depending on experience (DOE)
