Outside Sales Rep - Industrial

Base salary; $80K-$95K DOE

Seeking self starters to learn and build solid customer relationships, and of course, the sales ability to closing deals!

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our industrial sales team. The primary objective of this position is to generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients in the industrial sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a deep understanding of industrial products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and target new business opportunities in the industrial sector
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record in sales or customer service. (Our training makes leaders!)
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies with proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of industrial products and services
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly
