We are one of the largest law practices in Texas that has provided legal services for over 40 years with 20+ offices located throughout Texas. As we grow our team, we are looking for a Personal Injury Negotiator who's responsible for handling incoming personal injury calls, and determining if it is a viable case to sign a potential new client. Interviewing clients to understand their case details and identifying issues. This role will educate clients about their legal rights and responsibilities throughout the process.

What You'll Be Doing?

Review demand writer's demand packages to insurance companies
Sort and read through medical records, insurance correspondence, and settlement releases on behalf of clients
Summarize case facts and create persuasive arguments
Negotiate clients' entire case with insurance adjusters to obtain the highest settlement possible
Maintain communication with clients to guide them through the settlement process to ultimately settle their case
Provide updates on case status
Timely and accurately transfer new case info/details to our system daily
Maintain confidentiality of all client information, protected health care information, and business operations and practices.
Approving demands and negotiating settlements,
Guiding our clients through their negotiation and settlement processes with empathy and expertise
Oversee the negotiation phase following medical treatment in personal injury cases
