Commercial, industrial, corporate, retail, hospitality, state/federal/municipal, healthcare/medical office, multi-family, K-12, and higher education construction clients make up our diverse portfolio today.

Position Overview:

The main duties of a project manager include making sure that projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with their scope. They are also in charge of making sure that all team members carry out their responsibilities efficiently and that the project's goals are fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, buy off, and negotiate every subcontract.
Create, evaluate, and oversee contracts, RFIs, modification orders, and submittals.
Make certain that every project is finished on schedule and within the allocated budget.
Plan, organize, and oversee the schedules of your subcontractors and the project as a whole.
Capacity to keep good ties with staff, owners, engineers, and architects
Collaborate closely with the business development and pre-construction teams to identify, assess, and seize new possibilities.
Understand the steps and sequence of building in detail.
Be well-versed in subcontractor buy-outs and estimating methods.

Qualifications:

Reading and interpreting construction designs and specifications is a must.
A vast understanding of MEP trades is advantageous.
Possess outstanding computing abilities. (Excel, Word, Project, MS Office, etc.)
Possess self-motivation, multitasking skills, and deadline compliance.
Possess strong communication abilities both in writing and speaking
Keep yourself organized.
Live nearby; no help with moving is offered.
Able to lift more than 25 pounds
