As Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing the entire construction project from start to finish. You will be responsible for negotiation and communication with subcontractors, developing budgets, and ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
- BS in Construction Management or related degree is preferred
- 4+ years of experience working for a commercial general contractor
- Experience using Procore, Bluebeam or other construction related software
- Ability to manage project financials, RFIs, Change Orders, Submittals and other project related process
