Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Norfolk, VA. In this role, you will oversee and execute multiple HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and a strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate submittals, equipment selection, pricing, and shipping schedules for assigned projects.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while optimizing specifications, plans, and estimates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, engineers, and manufacturers.
• Align project schedules and deadlines with customer milestones, ensuring timely completion.
• Address and resolve concerns to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Interpret building plans and specifications, generating and submitting submittals for approval.
• Track shipments and communicate delivery updates to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, parts, service, and accounting, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide additional project quotes and equipment selections as needed during execution.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in HVAC, engineering, or the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, air distribution, and hydronic systems.
• Experience interpreting building plans and specifications.
