Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing test automation frameworks and strategies to ensure the highest quality of our software products. You will collaborate with developers and product managers to identify testing requirements and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java, C#, and Python.
Implement and manage test automation frameworks for web and API testing using tools like Selenium and TestNG.
Participate in the Agile development process to provide continuous feedback and testing support.
Conduct performance testing to ensure applications can handle required loads and stress.
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and documentation to guide testing efforts.
Perform debugging and troubleshooting of software issues to improve product quality.
Support continuous integration efforts through automated testing and version control (GIT).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
3+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.
Strong programming skills in Java, C#, and Python.
Experience with Selenium, TestNG, and other testing frameworks.
Knowledge of API testing and performance testing tools.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous integration practices.
Proficiency in SQL and understanding of databases.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
