Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements. This role is essential in providing financial analysis and support for budgeting and forecasting activities.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Perform budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic planning.
Oversee the general ledger and ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts.
Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Utilize ERP systems to streamline accounting processes and reporting.
Provide financial analysis to support decision-making and improve financial performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA is highly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Experience with Regulatory and SEC reporting
Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance.
Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Experience with auditing processes and tax preparation.
Skilled in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
Excellent reconciliation skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems.
