We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Transactional Attorney to join our dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, development, and joint ventures.
Draft, review, and negotiate real estate purchase and sale agreements, leases (office, retail, and industrial), loan documents, and joint venture agreements.
Manage real estate due diligence, including title and survey review, environmental assessments, and zoning compliance.
Represent clients in a variety of real estate transactions including commercial and mixed-use development, ground leases, and 1031 exchanges.
Provide strategic legal advice to clients on real estate development and investment projects.
Coordinate with opposing counsel, title companies, consultants, and local government agencies to facilitate closings.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff in a team-oriented environment.
J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership.
5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience, preferably from a reputable law firm or in-house real estate legal team
Strong experience with commercial leasing, purchase and sale agreements, and financing.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
