Senior Associate

Position Overview
The Senior Associate will play a critical role in supporting our clients with tax compliance and advisory services. This position requires a thorough understanding of tax laws and regulations, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to ensure accurate tax returns and provide insights to help them navigate their tax obligations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and businesses
Assist clients with tax planning and compliance strategies
Conduct audits and ensure adherence to regulatory standards
Collaborate with team members to provide high-quality service to clients
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations
Develop and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Communicate effectively with clients regarding tax-related inquiries and issues

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA certification required
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public accounting or tax-related roles
Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
Experience in preparing and auditing tax returns
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
