Role Description
The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including field service, troubleshooting, technical support, and preventive maintenance of UPS and battery systems. This is a hybrid role, based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
UPS Field Service and Technical Support skills
UPS troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance experience
Strong customer service orientation
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to read & comprehend electrical schematics
OEM Factory Training on a variety of popular UPS platforms is desired
