Job Title: Senior Product Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Salary: $150k-$200K DOE
Requirements: 6+ years of product management experience preferably with knowledge of FinTech

As a growing FinTech start up backed by the same folks behind Chime, Square, Revolut, Step, & Brex and are using their insight to take a radically different approach to traditional credit issuers striving to give a more individualized credit experience for each of our consumers.
Our platform combines an AI-powered behavioral engine we built with a low-limit credit card and gamified app experience. As members engage in the app completing activities based on financial literacy - they unlock higher credit limits. We are creating better borrowers and smarter financial journeys.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping user-centric products. Working directly with our cross-functional development teams and help get into defining the steps necessary for our engineers to deliver on new technical features and build them from scratch.
What You Need for this Position:
Industry experience and knowledge with FinTech software platforms
Previous startup experience is highly preferred
Hands-on experience with Agile product management, including roadmap planning, epics, user stories, and backlog management
Experience working with cross-functional software, product, and data teams
Familiarity with credit infrastructure, financial technology, or lending products
Experience using tools like Figma, Confluence, and product analytics platforms
