Senior Tax Accountant/Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Accountant/Manager to join our finance team. This position will be responsible for overseeing tax planning and compliance for our organization, ensuring adherence to all tax laws and regulations while optimizing tax strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all aspects of tax planning and compliance to minimize tax liabilities.
Conduct thorough tax research to stay updated with changes in tax legislation and implement necessary adjustments.
Prepare and review complex tax returns and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tax insights and guidance on financial decisions.
Lead and mentor junior tax staff, providing training and support in tax-related matters.
Assist with audits and liaise with tax authorities as needed.
Develop and implement tax strategies that align with the organization's financial goals.

Qualifications

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required.
Proven experience in tax planning and compliance, preferably within a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
Experience with tax research and implementing tax strategies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
