What You'll Own

As our Service Operations Manager, you'll be at the helm of a dynamic, cross-functional team including engineers, field service technicians, customer support reps, and service coordinators. Your mission: deliver best-in-class service experiences while optimizing operations and driving growth.

Here's how you'll lead:

Mentor, lead & inspire: Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Develop your team through training, clear goal-setting, and real-time feedback.
Operational Excellence: Oversee all administrative policies, ensure procedures are streamlined, and service delivery is smooth.
Data-Driven Improvements: Monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Customer Advocate: Serve as the go-to escalation point, ensuring quick resolution of complex issues and seamless collaboration between sales, engineering, and service teams.
Strategic Innovator: Analyze customer feedback, spot trends, and collaborate with leadership to refine products, enhance reliability, and drive new revenue streams (think maintenance contracts, machine retrofits, and more).
Budget Owner: Take charge of service budgets, making smart decisions to control costs without sacrificing quality.
Warranty & Compliance Lead: Oversee warranty decisions, coordinate field service, and maintain exceptional service standards.

What You Bring

BA/BS Degree (technical field preferred)
5+ years' experience leading customer service or technical service teams
Strong background in manufacturing or technical industries a big plus
Proven ability to lead, manage, and grow teams in fast-paced environments
High proficiency in service software tools (Salesforce, Genius, or similar)
