As a Sr. Semiconductor Test Engineer, you will lead the development and execution of test engineering plans and procedures for our revolutionary accelerated computing solution for HPC, AI, graph analytics, and other compute-intensive workloads. You will work closely with hardware design, DFT, software, and production teams to ensure that our semiconductor products meet the highest quality testing standards. Your role will involve developing test programs for industry standard ATE test systems, performing yield enhancements, test time reduction, failure analysis and overall improvements to the test processes and methodologies. Responsibilities include:
Test Development: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive ATE test plans and procedures for semiconductor devices, ensuring excellent coverage and reliability in testing.
Test Systems Design: Develop and maintain ATE hardware and software components, to enhance test efficiency and coverage.
Data Analysis: Analyze testing results to identify trends, issues, and areas for yield improvement. Generate detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Debug: Diagnose and resolve complex test and device issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
Process Improvement: Continuously improve test methodologies, processes, and tools to enhance product quality and reduce time-to-market.
Collaboration: Collaborate with design and DFT engineers to understand device specifications and requirements, providing feedback to influence design decisions.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of test procedures, results, and methodologies. Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
Reliability and Quality Assurance: Ensure that testing activities comply with JEDEC industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
