Sr. Superintendent

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all on-site activities, including scheduling and coordinating trades, equipment, and materials
Monitor progress and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
Ensure that all work is performed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with applicable regulations
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, enforcing all applicable safety and health regulations
Manage and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management
Resolve any issues that arise during construction, ensuring that they are addressed promptly and effectively

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Sr. Superintendent in Civil Construction
Experience working with NAVFAC or USACE
Experience with Contaminated Soil and dewatering
Experience with Sitework, UG Utilities, and Electrical Distribution Systems
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred
