Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Tax Manager/Director Advisory to join our team. This position is pivotal in providing excellent tax advisory services to our clients, ensuring compliance with tax regulations while optimizing their tax strategies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong client-facing disposition and lead a team in delivering high-quality tax advice.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee tax advisory engagements for a portfolio of clients.
Provide strategic tax planning and compliance services, including S-Corp, 1040, and Partnership structures.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support in their development.
Stay updated on tax legislation and regulations to advise clients effectively and ensure compliance.
Prepare and review complex tax returns and supporting documentation.
Identify opportunities for tax savings and risk management for clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in tax advisory, with a focus on client-facing roles.
Strong knowledge of tax compliance and planning for S-Corps, partnerships, and individual returns.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
