We have a great opportunity for someone to join our newest venture in the build to rent/multifamily vertical, overseeing and building out a division in the Florida Panhandle. What You Will Be Doing

- Site supervision and project management for Multi Family and Residential Build to Rent communities
- Manage and direct subcontractors
- Owning the Florida pipeline and create a division with tons of work in the pipeline

What You Need for this Position

- Minimum 10+ years as a Lead Superintendent on Ground Up projects, completing beginning to end
- Multi Family and/or Residential Production Building experience
