About Us
Our company is an ENR Nationally Ranked General Contractor. With offices throughout the Mid-Atlantic, we have been delivering award-winning, Multi-Family and Mix Use projects on time, for over 80yrs.
Because of our growth in the Raleigh Durham Area, we are looking for a Superintendent, with at least 5+ yrs of recent experience. Leading ground up, wood frame multi-family builds, over $20M is important, but we are also looking for someone who loves the industry as much as we do.
You will need to be able to show historical success of managing projects efficiently, accurately, on schedule and within budget while always maintaining a focus on quality & safety.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
Manage subcontractors, materials, and timelines for an efficient build process.
Work closely with team to coordinate project execution.
Ensure compliance with all local and company safety regulations.
Serve as the main point of contact for field operations, problem-solving as needed to keep the project on track.
Qualifications
Extensive recent wood-frame construction experience- lead and provide mentorship.
Strong track record managing multi-building residential or commercial projects.
Ability to oversee projects in a live construction environment and work collaboratively with other teams.
