Job Location: Abilene, TX
Salary: $110K-$140K + Bonus (DOE)
Requirements: 10+ years of experience

We are a Heavy Civil General Contractor servicing the Midwest for the past 40 years! Our team specializes in Underground Utilities, Site development, Forestry, Commercial/Industrial building, Heavy civil, and Transportation.

What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

- Manage and supervise construction crews and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure work is completed according to design.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation.

What You Need for this Position
- 10+ years of Heavy Civil construction experience
- Underground utilities, site work, roadways/highways, earthwork
