Job Title: Tax Senior - Generalist
Location: Denver (Downtown)
In Office Requirements: Loose Hybrid (0-4 days a week in office)
Salary: $80k - $120K + Full Benefits + Unlimited PTO

We are a midsize CPA firm located in downtown Denver, CO. We specialize in working with complex partnerships and other pass through entities. Our client book serves a wide array of industries, but we do have a good portion of clients in the real estate space. We look to take big four level complexity of clients and give them boutique firm level treatment. We look to spread the work and take care of our employees because we know this industry is a high stress industry. We offer unlimited PTO, a loosely hybrid work environment and in some cases fully remote. We want to invest in our employees and get them on a growth track to partner from the early stages in their careers.
3+ years in Public Tax Accounting (individual, corporate, and partnerships).
CPA or EA (preferred)
Extensive Experience with staff in performing and completing Tax engagements.
Develop professional relationships with clients.
Passionate about developing associates and senior associates
Expert in both tax return prep and review (especially individual and fiduciary)
Experience in developing best practices, training, mentoring, and team project management

Base Salary: $80,000 - $120,000
