Requirements: 5+ Years Experience as Lead Superintendent for Multi-Family Construction
We are an industry-leading General Contractor with major projects in the pipeline that we are looking for a Superintendent to come lead. Each project will be over 25$ million so if you are a Construction Superintendent with strong multi-family experience, please read on!

- Has the ultimate responsibility for the day-to-day onsite management of the project
- Scheduling, Ordering Materials, etc...
- Maintain the site specific quality control plan
- Maintain the site specific safety plan
- Maintain client relationships with subcontractors, owners, suppliers, city officials, etc...
- 10+ Years Experience Leading Construction Projects
- Multi-Family
- Wood-Framing
- 25 Mil + Projects
- 10 + Years of Construction Experience
