Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Traveling Superintendent to oversee construction projects across various locations throughout the northeast. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires extensive travel and adaptability to different project environments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations on construction sites to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety, and quality control.
Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for upper management.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies throughout the project.
Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, including clients and project owners, to provide updates and address concerns.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and willing to travel frequently.
A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
