Position Overview:
The Vice President of Asset Management is responsible for providing asset management and financial reporting services for properties within the company's portfolio. The Director of Asset Management will also be responsible for conducting personal property inspections and ensuring that clients receive reliable and accurate information about their assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide asset management services for clients including financial reporting and personal property inspections.
Develop asset management strategies to meet clients needs.
Prepare financial statements and reports for clients.
Monitor and analyze markets to provide clients with accurate and reliable information about their assets.
Conduct personal property inspections to ensure accurate information about assets.
Assist with developing and implementing asset management plans.
Provide advice and assistance to clients regarding asset management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in finance, economics, accounting or related field.
At least three years of asset management experience.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and asset management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
