Position Overview
The Vice President of Finance will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring strategic financial planning and analysis, and driving the company's financial performance. This position requires a seasoned finance professional who can lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting efforts while aligning with the overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the finance team in developing and delivering accurate financial reports and analysis to support strategic decisions.
Oversee the budgeting process and financial forecasting, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements in all financial reporting and practices.
Manage the ERP system to streamline financial processes and reporting capabilities.
Provide insights and recommendations on financial strategy, including M&A opportunities and long-term financial planning.
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and GAAP standards.
Experience with ERP systems and financial modeling techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
