We are looking for an outstanding candidate to join our team in Orange County as a Technical Report Writer. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our President as well as technicians to produce precise reports. In addition to delivering accurate findings to our clients, you will also contribute to various internal tasks essential for supporting the team.

- Drafting technical reports for environmental testing
- Generating invoices
- Handling phone inquiries, transferring calls, addressing questions, and contacting clients
- Delivering exceptional customer service and nurturing client relationships
- Conducting data entry and tabulation
- Coordinating with different departments
- Organizing files, sending faxes, and performing other administrative tasks as required
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or Report writer role
- Basic understanding of an environmental/asbestos industry or some related experience
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, self-motivation, and a strong independent work ethic
- Adaptable to rapidly changing priorities
- Strong organizational and planning capabilities
- High energy level, a sense of urgency, and a focus on achieving results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Products, Adobe, and QuickBooks
- Reside in the Orange County area
